Me Gisèle Mor, avocate spécialiste des scandales de santé publique, de l’affaire du sang contaminé à celle du vaccin contre l’hépatite B, se retrouve vendredi 23 mars devant la 17ème chambre correctionnelle du tribunal de Paris, cette fois-ci en tant qu’accusée. C’est l’un des fabriquant du vaccin contre l’hépatite B qui attaque. Le laboratoire GlaxoSmithKline estime en effet qu’en parlant à la presse, l’avocate a violé le secret médical et le secret de l’instruction. Me Gisèle Mor s'interroge quant à elle, voyant plutôt dans ce procès une tentative d'intimidation car elle a été la première à obtenir des condamnations
Le Conseil d’Etat vient de donner raison à l’une de ses clientes, infirmière à Sarreguemines (Moselle), en reconnaissant le lien de causalité entre l’injection et l’apparition d’une sclérose en plaques.
C’est le casse-tête de santé publique de la décennie. Des enquêtes épidémiologique menée à grande échelle innocentent le vaccin, sans exclure totalement qu’il puisse être en cause. Et la Direction Générale de la Santé indemnise à vie 120 médecins, infirmières et aides soignantes ayant développe une maladie après la vaccination.

Debris spotted by planes in waters 650km (400 miles) off Brazil's coast belongs to a missing French airliner, the Brazilian government has confirmed.
Defence Minister Nelson Jobim said he had no doubt the debris was from the Air France jet carrying 228 people.
A Brazilian search plane saw a band of wreckage along a 5km (3m) strip, Mr Jobim told reporters in Rio de Janeiro. There was no report of survivors.

The discovery of the debris confirmed "that the plane went down" in the area, Mr Jobim said.
He gave few details of the wreckage, saying only that it included metallic and non-metallic pieces.
